Bali enjoys the equatorial climate.

There are two seasons in Bali:

• The dry season is from May to December.
  Even during this season, it may rain later in the day or at night.

• The rainy season is from January to April.
  The rainy season is still well endurable in Bali: it is not synonymous with continuous raining, but rather a few scattered showers.

This makes Bali a pleasant destination all year long.

The average temperature in Bali is 27 °C and the sea water is around 30 °C. Temperatures vary little between the dry season and the rainy season.

Daylight hours are mostly always the same, from 6am until about 6pm.

When to go?

The best time to visit Bali is during the dry season, between May and December.

If you want to escape the tourists, and that you can, avoid the months of July, August and the end of the year, because these are the busiest periods. It is better to go during the months of May, September, October and November.
